30-day returns
You can return any product within 30 days of delivery, opened or not, for a full refund to your original payment method. No restocking fee.
How to start a return
Email support@best7alternatives.com with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label. Your refund is issued 3–5 business days after the return package is scanned by the carrier.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If something arrives damaged, you receive the wrong item, or your package doesn't arrive, email us within 30 days of your order and we'll make it right.
- Damaged items: send a photo of the damaged product and we'll refund or replace it.
- Wrong items: send a photo of your packing slip and the items you received. You can keep the wrong item, and we'll refund or send the right one.
- Missing packages: include your order number and we'll look into it with the carrier.
Shipping details
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If you contact us before your order ships, we can update it. We can't refund orders sent to an incorrect address you provided.
